Our monthly parent support group provides informal mutual support and opportunities to discuss parenting challenges, strategies and opportunity to find resources and tools for parents. Parents who are referred by the courts because of divorce, separation, or a change in custody, will be recommended to attend our 8-hour Parents Forever educational program.
Our satellite office located in Huntington Place allows residents to meet confidentially with a mental health therapist for individual sessions. The convenience of providing therapy onsite ensures that residents do not have to travel offsite to address their emotional needs. Our therapists utilize a strength-based model to provide individualized interventions that are comprehensive, and that are geared toward our clients’ needs.

Our monthly men's group is a safe space for men of color to explore their own identities, share their experiences, and foster brotherhood.
We provide therapeutic interventions focused not only our clients’ current challenges, but also underlying issues that could be in part due to their presenting problems. Given the different intricacies of human lives, we strive to empower our clients by supporting them in understanding their conditions, as well as, supporting them in identifying coping strategies that could help them in their daily lives.
Our urban gardening program is a collaboration with the founder of Project Sweetie Pie, Michael Chaney. Project Sweetie Pie works toward achieving justice in the environment, food, climate, and economics. As an activist, youth advocate, organizer, and cultural artist, Michael has dedicated most of his adult life to implementing transformative initiatives and educational programming that provide real solutions to real problems for real people.
Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) is a service for adults who have been diagnosed with mental illness. Our mental health practitioner help individuals to manage their mental health symptoms, increase relapse prevention skills, and improve interpersonal skills. This service also helps an individual with personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills.
