Edwin N. Swaray is the Executive Director for Aspire Network and an adjunct faculty in the graduate studies program at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Edwin has worked in the field of behavioral health for more than 10 years and he is a Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT) approved supervisor for LADC professionals. His interest in the fields of human services and substance use disorder comes from his strong belief that when empowered and given the right support and encouragement, individuals can overcome adversities to change their circumstances and achieve a life of peace and serenity. Edwin’s approach to treatment is holistic, focusing on the mind-body-spirit. He is a constant force in helping others recognize the needs of diverse populations in the field of behavioral health.

Vivian Ballah-Swaray, is a Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Supervision for Aspire Network. Dr. Ballah-Swaray has over 15 years of experience in providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in working with children who have emotional and behavioral issues and have experienced trauma. Dr. Ballah-Swaray utilizes the strength-based model to support clients through their recovery journey. She facilitates a process wherein clients are empowered to identify their stressors and challenges and learn skills and strategies to cope with the issues of daily living. Dr. Ballah-Swaray is also skilled in conducting psychological assessments for individuals beginning at the age of 3.
Naomi graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor's in Psychology, and a minor in Neuroscience. She has worked as a direct support professional with vulnerable adults and children for two years. She believes that inclusivity within mental health services is very important. Naomi is currently in graduate school pursuing a Master's in Clinical Counseling. She works as a mental health practitioner.

We envision a community that embraces a holistic healing of the mind (mental health), body (physical health), and spirit (spiritual health).
Zota has been a therapist for 8 years and her past therapeutic experiences include working with people aged 6 through adulthood who have histories of trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, emotional distress, grief/loss, and other relational issues. She believes that one size does not fit all in therapy, therefore, she uses an eclectic approach with therapeutic interventions tailored to meet each client's mental health needs and personality style. Zota holds certifications in trauma-informed care and healing, self-esteem building, anxiety treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
